Our specialized skills and experience include many insert-molding projects that leverage our experience with integrating sealing, encapsulation and automation for consumer, military, automotive, industrial and electrical/electronic products.

Class "A" Appearance Parts

Project experience includes many projects and programs to produce Class "A" cosmetic parts for the automotive Industry. Our experience includes working with a variety of resins, chrome plating, and stainless steel applications that combine insert and two shot processes for manufacturing.

We are not materials experts but have developed extensive experience and success in dealing with a variety of polymers, proprietary materials, injection forming, and hybrid processing of resin/metal blends.
