Injection molding is somewhat analogous to baking. Much information about the materials, processes and process variables is well known. The challenge is to find the combination of ingredients, processes, process parameters and controls that will result in a predictable outcome.

Innotech possesses extensive knowledge in injection molding design, manufacture and processing and, in particular, the dynamics of plastics. As demands change we are constantly challenged by our clients to participate not only in the production of molds, but also in the development of new products, processes and techniques. Through our ongoing efforts in research and experimental development we acquire the technical knowledge required to “stay ahead of the curve”, much of which isn’t available in the public domain or from the suppliers of the components and material used in the process.
